Please review our refund terms before purchasing tickets for a Dude Party India event. These terms explain when refunds are available and how eligible requests are processed.
Tickets are non refundable unless otherwise stated. If a party is cancelled or rescheduled, the purchaser may be eligible for a refund according to the conditions below.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the purchaser will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.
If the event is rescheduled, the purchaser can attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the cancellation or rescheduling announcement. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or ticket.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request. The refund amount will be the face value of the ticket, including applicable taxes or fees.
No refunds will be provided for guests who do not attend the event or for tickets that are not used.
Exceptions to this refund policy may be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of the event organiser.
By purchasing a ticket for the party, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
